1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Listo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Listo provides development, deployment, and optimization of AI-native applications. Our services include, among others:

  • Generation and deployment of MCP servers
  • Integration with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Design and development of AI-native interfaces
  • Visibility optimization and analytics
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. User accounts

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Interfere with the operation of our services
  • Carry out unauthorized data collection
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Listo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any content you provide to us.

6. Payment terms

Fees for our services are as agreed in your service contract. Unless otherwise specified:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice issuance
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

7. Service-level agreement

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our hosted services. Service credits may apply in case of outages exceeding this threshold, as specified in your service contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Listo harmless from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your use of our services or your breach of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate access immediately in case of breach of these terms. Following termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or before courts of competent jurisdiction.
